We offer direct email support to all of our paid customers (above $60) according to software license plans.
24/7 emergency phone support is available only for server users. Request your access number from the support if you don't have it yet or just contact your support representative by IM or email.
For server support we recommend to use tickets.
Remote server support:
For remote support we will need a remote desktop access to your server. Please provide a remote access via the built-in remote desktop service (not via third party applications like VNC or TeamViewer)
We cannot guarantee support if you are using one of our free product, however we will seriously consider all feature requests and bug submissions.
