Android logs

In case if you encounter a problem with the Android softphone, Mizutech support will require a description of the issue and a detailed log.

Follow these steps to get the detailed logs:

  1. Enable logs from the settings ("Enable log" checkbox in the basic settings) help menu (Help/Logs/Start collecting logs)
  2. Restart the application (via "Exit" menu or back, back)
  3. Reproduce the problem (if it is related to server connection and registration than just wait a few seconds. If it is related to call, then make a test call)
  4. Send the logs: Help menu -> Send logs to support with a short description of the problem. 
  5. Write an email to with the description of the problem and include also your SIP username (this is necessary so we can find your log file)
