In case if you encounter a problem with the Android softphone, Mizutech support will require a description of the problem and a detailed log.
Please follow these steps:
- Enable logs from the settings ("Enable log" checkbox in the basic settings) or from the help menu (Help/Logs/Start collecting logs)
- Restart the application (via "Exit" menu or back, back)
- Reproduce the problem (if it is related to server connection and registration than just wait a few seconds. If it is related to call, then make a test call)
- Send the logs: Help menu -> Send logs to support with a short description about the problem.
- Write an email to info@mizu-voip.com with the description of the problem and include also your SIP username (this is necessary so we can find your log file)
