Vidalista 80 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction by improving blood flow to the penis. While generally safe when taken as prescribed, it's important to understand how it may affect kidney health—especially in individuals with existing kidney conditions.

In healthy individuals, Vidalista 80 mg is not known to directly damage the kidneys. However, tadalafil is processed through the liver and excreted by the kidneys. This means that in people with moderate to severe kidney impairment, the drug may not clear from the body efficiently, leading to increased risk of side effects, such as low blood pressure, dizziness, or prolonged erections (priapism).

For individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD) or those on dialysis, a lower dose of tadalafil is usually recommended. Taking high doses like Vidalista 80 mg without medical guidance in such cases may strain the kidneys or increase the risk of complications.
