Scope
This Policy applies to all purchases of software licenses, downloads, custom builds, subscriptions and related services sold by Mizutech SRL.
For business customers (B2B) statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply; contractual terms govern those sales.
Nature of Our Products
All our products are digital goods (software licenses, binaries/executables, source code or custom builds) delivered electronically.
Delivery occurs within one business day after payment confirmation.
Mizutech provides free demo versions of all its software with certain usage limitations. Additionally, upon request, we can provide a one-month trial version without these limitations.
Customers can test our software extensively using these demo and trial versions.
By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to thoroughly test the software's functionality and compatibility with your specific needs before making a purchasing decision.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.
If you validly withdraw within that period we will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your withdrawal.
If the product was delivered after you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
On refund we will deactivate the license and you must stop using and delete all copies; we may require confirmation of deactivation.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Before delivery: Full refund possible if you cancel before we send the download link or custom build.
- Within 30 days after delivery (our goodwill policy): You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied. In this case: You must stop using the software immediately and delete all copies. We will process the refund within one business day to the original payment method.
- After 30 days: No refunds will be issued, except in cases required by law.
Exceptions where refunds are not possible:
- Custom builds prepared according to your specifications.
- Purchases where the customer has already benefited from significant support or upgrades.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Send an email to info@mizu-voip.com with:
- Your full name and company name (if applicable)
- The software product(s) purchased
- Order number / transaction ID or invoice number (optional)
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
- Confirmation that you have stopped using and deleted the software
We aim to respond and process eligible refunds within one business day.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
