Hello, I'm sorry to say, but using multiple accounts is still not possible after many years.
Here is a list of the problems I've encountered:
The first and worst problem I can see is that after setting up the accounts (3 in my case), when I switch between them using the Accounts item from the 3dot pulldown on the main screen, the settings from one account get copied into another. For example, I have 3 accounts (nicknames Odorik, Callcentric and Flowroute) and after I was trying to make that work for a while, I noticed that I can switch back and forth between Callcentric and Flowroute and both of them have the login information for Callcentric. Another time the Callcentric information was copied over the Odorik information, then I deleted Callcentric and Flowroute and I noticed that the Odorik information was back. I can think of possible reasons for this, like the login record is kept in an array and the nickname is pointing to the wrong place or the data actually gets copied to where it shouldn't be, or when the account is switched, it doesn't actually switch, just the bullet moves in the selection.
Second, and possibly related to the first problem is that the accounts get registered many times. For example, the Flowroute endpoint I'm using is eu-central-fra.sip.flowroute.com, and MizuDroid registers 5 times. As I was thinking about this, I realized that corresponds to 4 registration for each of the addresses the endpoint resolves to, which are 3.71.103.56/30, and one more for push notifications. I'll go ahead and try setting up the app for one ip only to see if I can avoid this. However, that won't help for Callcentric since they only allow one registration per "extension" which means that to register twice (once for the app and once for push) each registration would have to use a different username.
Third and confusing (although less serioud than the previous problems) is the display of which account is being used for outgoing calls. It's not clear at all, but I believe it's using the account displayed on the dialing screen near the top. It only shows the account number which is some string that can be hard to remember. I think that it would be better to include the account nickname in that line to make it clear.
Edit: I checked and found that the app makes 5 registrations to sip.odorik.cz as well, yet there is only one ip address involved. Those 5 include one for push notifications and 4 for the app.
