To access outside of PBX, I have to press '9 pause' before the phone number.

1. How can I make ' 9 + pause ' on the dial pad?

2. I'd lke set the MizDroid always send ' 9 + pause ' as a prefix during dial, How can I make it?

What do you mean on "pause"? Space character?
That is weird as part of a phone number and the dialpad doesn't have such option, but you can always bring up to keypad.

If somehow you are looking to insert insert DTMF digits after the phone number: this can be done using the comma (,) character. Digits after the comma are sent as DTMF once the call is connected.
