The phone says it can't detect audio so when I go into Device settings the window pops up to select mic/speakers but all boxes are empty, no selection option is available?

I just had this same issue, which brought me to this forum for help.

I submitted the log with the internal help feature.

On Windows 10 build 1803 x64
Java 1.8.0_171

I notice when I just start up the phone and click a number on the dialpad, I hear the number tone for one second then it gets cut off and doesn't come back. After that, no audio passes from the softphone to my headset, so calls can be initiated but they don't go through without a device.

I tried to select an audio device, but the drop downs are empty.

Is there an ETA on releasing a fix for this? When will a new version be available?

For free version will you to release the new version of modern interfase softphone with the selec audio and mic fixed?

can anyone fixed the mic/speakers boxes empty?
