i did every thing i know but for some reason i cant call outside softswitch . endusers can call easily and working awesome (thanks for that) but when i dial out side it say "call failed not found" but my voip account is registered i know because i can see on their website it says registered so what am i missing ??? really appreciate all helps.

At first you should inspect the logs to see if the "Not found" disconnect is generated by our softswitch or by the server where you are routing the calls.

The outbound route should be configured as "SIP Server" and properly set on the "Routing" form.
