I had an funny issue with Mizu Softphone. When not using it (even with the app closed), it randomly disables my WiFi. After some seconds or minutes, it automatically enables my WiFi again.
I've tested and verified with adblog, and I got when it happens:

11-01 10:47:18.187  2571  2581 D WifiService: setWifiEnabled: false pid=7039, uid=10211

After some seconds, the pid turns WiFi back on:

11-01 10:47:30.226  2571  3402 D WifiService: setWifiEnabled: true pid=7039, uid=10211

It happens randomly, without any pattern:

11-01 11:00:13.514  2571  3230 D WifiService: setWifiEnabled: false pid=7039, uid=10211
11-01 11:00:25.536  2571  3767 D WifiService: setWifiEnabled: true pid=7039, uid=10211

The app was closed all the time, but I've checked the service related to the pid "7039" and it was the mizuvoip service..
After uninstalling the app, the problem was solved.
