Hello all,

I would like to prevent from sending my identity in an outgoing call by setting some privacy.
I have checked the box: privacy / Hide my identity, but it doesn't do anything...

I would like to have the following behavior:
1) First call:
> FROM: with my name/phone number information...
> Contact: idem
> PAI: Idem
> Privacy header: id.. or id,header...

2) second call:
> FROM: Anonymous
> Contact: Idem
> PAI: with my name/phone number information...
> Privacy header: id.. or id,header... or absent.

Would you know how I could achieve such a behaviour, please?

Thank you.

Etienne.

Hello

This mostly depends on your SIP server or SIP service providers.
Regardless of your app settings, your SIP server might still forward your real identity,
You might check the logs to see if everything is done correctly from the client side, otherwise the server is the culprit.
With the "Hide Identity" turned on, the app might send "Anonymous" also in the From header and use your real username only for authentication.
