The webphone works fine in IE (both old and new versions) and also in Edge thanks to multiple engines. When WebRTC is not available it will automatically choose another engine: -Java -if already installed and enabled in the browser -Flash -if already installed and enabled in the browser -NS Service plugin -requires install (one click installer) A more details explanation can be found here: web sip client engines So you can be sure that the webphone is working smoothly also in IE and Edge.
