-Customized: means that it will be uploaded to the app store under your company name; the softphone can be branded with your brandname/logo/icon/etc; users have to type only username/password to begin the usage
-White-label: users have to use the softphone from under the Mizutech account and will also have to type a server code (this can be your brandname for example) to begin the usage. (Based on the server code, the softphone will download all the details such as the server address, brandname and other settings -autoprovisioning)
