I am a new user, and when I go to my account status page and click on my current balance (0.00), the page tries to initiate something just for a second, but nothing happens and the page remains the same in the end.   Do I need to do something beforehand for adding credits?  I use Firefox browser and I am trying to add credits to my account for using WebPhone.  Thank you in advance for your advice....

What kind of SIP service provider are you using?
We are VoIP software developers and we don't provide outbound call calling services at this moment (only the software which you can use with any SIP provider to make calls).
