One of my outbound providers expects the display name part of the caller ID to be passed in the SIP P-Preferred-Identity header. Any chance Mizo-Droid could support that? I hacked it using the "Custom SIp header" setting, but that's rather fragile.

Currently this can be set only with the custom header as you did.
We haven't added such option because these are usually manipulated on the server side and normally the server should just load the value from the From header if there is no P-Preferred-Identity header.

Anyway, I noted it and most probably we will add an option into the next release for this.
