WIFI Turns on Automatically

I've been testing MizuDroid for a few weeks and have finally gotten it configured to a point where it will reliably receive calls. To do so, I incremented the Force WIFI setting level. I ended up moving it all the way to "Ultra Lock" without success until I turned off the Push notification setting rather than leaving it at "auto".

Now, however, MizuDroid causes the phones WIFI to be continuously on even when manually turned off. I have now incrementally stepped downward through the Force WIFI setting and determined the Network lock level to be the minimum that allows reliable incoming call reception. However, with MizuDroid running, if I turn off the phones WIFI, it will automatically be turned back on by MizuDroid.

Is there perhaps a setting I have missed that would prevent this?

I think that a settings reset can help.

I am sorry, but wifi keep on is not reliable at all in Android. The OS is getting stricter with each new release and product vendors implements wifi sleeping/locking completely differently.
Maybe better if you see the OS settings if there is something to let the wifi running while in background or sleeping.
Dosing ads even more complexity.
You should enable push notifications or set the app to run in foreground mode.
