I use a softphone on my PC and it works fine with my provider.
On my phone, MIZU works over WIFI, but not off wifi and on LTE

It tries to register over LTE with my provider, but ends up with a Server Address unreachable

How do I get it to work over LTE to access my alternate (SIP based) phone service provider?

Do settings that work over general Wifi (from an Android phone) not work if it is not on Wifi? Do I need to alter them in some extra way so that they do?

Most probably your mobile provider is blocking the SIP protocol.
Some ISP block VoIP to drive more traffic to it's own network.

If you are a VoIP provider, contact us by email if you are interested in a VoIP encryption + tunneling solution which can bypass all kind of ISP firewalls.
