push servers addresses
I am currently comparing push functionality with another company softphone.
They publish addresses of their push server so firewall protected PBXes can add IP addresses to exclusion list.
Is the same available from Mizutech? I was able to detect one push server address and added it to a list. Are there more?
Where I can read about different push server options like auto, direct, gateway, etc. in settings?

Re: push servers addresses
The address of our push service is 88.150.183.67 (fcm.webvoipphone.com).
You can find the detailed about our software

Re: push servers addresses
Right now push does not seem to work anymore. I have it enabled on my phone but I no longer see a connection from push server to my PBX when phone goes to sleep. Please advise.

Re: push servers addresses
Hello
Please
upload a log
from the softphone and we will check what could be the problem.
Just enable the logs (from the Settings or from the Help menu), restart the softphone, wait ~5 seconds and upload the logs from the Help menu.

Re: push servers addresses
I reset the application but erasing all data, then entered my PBX credentials, selected "exit, notify of new calls". Several hours later push sever correctly responded on incoming call but phone never woke up. Started application, looked at the log, it contained perfectly valid EVENT lines, related to push server.
Then I disabled log, waited several minutes until application went into sleep and no push server connected to PBX.
I suppose I can reset and try the same sequence again...

Hello
Have you uploaded a log about this? We are blind without logs...

Re: push servers addresses
There are just too many lines with private information. I'd like to upload log to an editor, clean and then send out.

Re: push servers addresses
You might use the logcat output in this case.
Otherwise nobody will have access to this log except our android developer and it will be deleted once we are done with it.

Re: push servers addresses
I am seeing lines
EVENT, check presense for:,NNN,NNN,NNN,...
and
EVENT, parameter presenseuserlist=,NNN,NNN,NNN,...
which list all numbers I ever dialed, as well as
EVENT, parameter blockedpresenseuserlists=,NNN,NNN,...
some more numbers
regardless of logs, is presence query configurable? my PBX does not support it anyway.
please remind where I can read about above features.

Re: push servers addresses
Yes, presence can be turned off from the settings.
You can find everything about our softphone starting from it's
home page
.
You can read about the usage and features in the
softphone user guide
.
Regarding the push notifications: there is no much reason to spend more time talking about this if you can't send a log. We can't say anything without logs.
However please note that a bug upgrade is already on the way for both our softphone and the push gateway. We plan to finalize and publish both in around one month.
