I've enabled integration and as far as I understand the "Allowed prefixes" is the list of prefixes for which the native dialer is used automatically and "Not allowed prefixes" is the list of prefixes for which the IP call us automatically placed -- is that correct?

What format the list of prefixes should be? I'd like to use +1XXX,+1YYY,1XXX,1YYY,XXX,YYY for automatic native calls. However when I type just that into Allowed prefixes and dial the number XXXNNN-NNNN, I still get a prompt to chose between native dialer and the softphone.

Please advise.

Hello

Yes, the "allowed prefixes" means the prefixes for which the native dialer should use the VoIP softphone automatically.

Regarding the format: you should type there with different formats, separated by comma. For example: 1xxx,+1xxx.

Let us know if still doesn't work.
