Hello,

I am running an IP Office v5 setup w/(2) softphone users that connect by way of VPN to the IP Office.The softphone works well for dialed calls, and direct received calls... but if someone within the office transfers a call to a softphone extension the softphone user can hear the transferred person, but the transferee can't hear the softphone user. This is a chronic problem. I can replicate it every time by transferring a call from inside the office to a softphone extension.

How can I correct this?


Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
