I am trying to configure your webphone to dial a SIP address.

It insists on user/password and sip server settings even though I don't need them. I've put in dummy values for these settings, but the phone seems to still to attempt to contact this 'dummy' server.

Is there a way to configure the webphone to call a SIP address that doesn't require a sipserver or authentication?

Thanks.

I've got a solution that I though I'd share in case anyone else is looking for the same thing.

I created an account with a SIP provider (in my case, SipSorcery) and configured my dial plan to include a specific alias for the SIP address I was attempting to dial. Now I just enter the alias into the WebPhone, and my SIP provider translates it into the address that I ultimately want.

Hello

Thank you for the feedback.

We already enabled this possibility in our new version, so it can dial directly any sip URI.

It will be downloadable around the next week.

Any idea when we can expect the new version?

This is the same link I could use for the latest version, right?

Smile is for the way you look at me!
