We currently are developing a proof of concept application in which we are listing Agents currently in a call and allowing for a web user to click a button to join a call in progress.

Here are the steps we are performing:

1. Establish Audio channel with Five9
a. Set Session Parameters (Five9)
b. Call LoginStation (Five9)
c. Create the webphone and pass info from Five9 (using stationId: xxxxxx) 
d. Call ReconnectStation Method (Five9)

2. Join Call (activated by clicking on "Join Call" button.
a. Call startMonitoring method : (Five9)

Everything appears to be working in terms of Mizu webphone and Five9 interactions with the key exception that no Audio is being heard. (Dialer shows as picked up)

Any ideas?

Please send a detailed log from the webphone (the content of your browser console) to webphone@mizu-voip.com and we will check it.
