Recording with Webphone isn't working for all customers. There was recording...'duration: 17.308'. But we can't get it .....'cant get filename, probably doesn't exist', see

Please check, it is hurting our customers.

It seems that you already asked this also by email. My colleagues will respond soon for your email.
You should not post the same questions here to forum which you already asked by email.

Oke.. I posted it also here because i sent an email last Friday and now it is Tuesday. Our customers are depending on recording and are not able to get recording. Recording is a crucial part for our customers. I still don't know anything, no respons by email. I also called yesterday 2 times. The person did know about the email i sent to webphone@mizu-voip.com and i had to sent it to support@mizu-voip.com. yesterday. 

Please let me now anything.. we and our customers are completely in the dark.

Can you let me know anything? I did not get any feedback.. no reply on my emails. This is really hurting our customers..

Hello.. recording stopped on 29-9-2017.. it was fixed on 5-10-2017. It did not work for 4 working days. Today it it also not working.. Please help..

There is no any reason to duplicate all your emails also here..

I am sure that my colleagues are responding for all requests.
