This is handled at the codec level automatically and there is no extra setting for this.
Actually this is an ancient thing used in the past decade with audio codec's such as G.711 or G.729.
New codec's such as opus already has this functionality built-in (in with G.729b it is also handled automatically), For G.711 we don't have this option.
