Hello,

I'm testing the WEBRTC-To-SIP Gateway online demo with a 3cx extension.
The extension I used is connected and registered on the webphone.
Then, I tried an audio call to another 3cx extension registered on a 3cx softphone and it works.
But when i try video call between the two endpoints, the caller do not see the remote video and the callee receive a freezed green video.
My question :
What should the right configurations to make video works on both side with 3cx ?

I've also tried with Mizu WEBRTC SIP Gateway installed on my computer and SIPjs and I get the same result.

Hello

Are you trying the video call between two webphone? Or do you use the webphone only one endpoint?

If you use some other software, then make sure that it has H.264 and/or VP8 codec support.

If your WebRTC-SIP gateway is on the public internet, please send a remote access (RDP) to webphone@mizu-voip.com and we will review your configuration.

Please send the answers also for my questions:
